From what quantity do the business terms apply?
From 5 pieces. Models can be freely combined within one order; the larger the total quantity, the better the price per piece. We state your volume price in the quote.
Can our company logo be engraved?
Yes. Besides names, dates or occasions we also laser-engrave your company logo. We need a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI).
Can the gifts be shipped directly to the recipients?
Yes. We ship in bulk to your address or individually to each recipient – private addresses included – across the EU, Switzerland, the UK, the USA and Canada, with no customs or shipping hassle for you or your recipients. We are happy to receive the recipient list as a spreadsheet.
How fast is delivery possible?
We usually deliver within 2 weeks on your requested date. For urgent occasions we offer an express service with delivery within one week.
Do you offer gift wrapping and greeting cards?
Yes, as an add-on service: on request we gift-wrap every set and enclose a card with your text – for example a company greeting for Christmas or an anniversary.
Do we receive an invoice showing VAT?
Yes. You receive a proper invoice addressed to your company with VAT shown separately.
Is there a catalogue with prices?
Yes. We send our B2B catalogue with all models, dimensions and volume prices as a PDF – simply tick the box in the form.
